Link Crew is a select group of 32 students who volunteer to help new students find their way at the IAM. Link Leaders devote a week of their summer vacation to train, prepare for, and facilitate the new student orientation that takes place each August on the Friday before the first day of school. Link Leaders also plan social and academic events throughout the year for new students to stay connected with their mentors.
To become a Link Leader, students must apply in the spring of their 10th and 11th grade years. Each student will be presented with an overview of the program and expectations. Applicants are carefully we reviewed, and the final 32 students are drawn from the list of acceptable applications. Students should apply that are outgoing, positive, academically successful, and willing to share and support all that is great about our school.
Links to the application will be made available in May along with the mandatory dates for training and orientation.
