The International
Academy of Macomb is officially designated as an IB World
School, having received its International Baccalaureate
authorization in December 2009. IB World Schools share a common philosophy—a commitment to high
quality, challenging, international education that the
International Academy of Macomb believes is important for its
students. The IB Diploma Programme began in August
2010 with the IAM's first 11th grade class.
